For puppies 3 to 5 months old

Give your puppy a SuperStart in life with this comprehensive class designed to cover the most important aspects of raising and training a well mannered, sociable dog. Your pup will even learn to respond to your commands while playing with the other puppies!

Children are welcome to attend and participate so long as they are not disruptive to the class and proper adult supervision is provided.

Class curriculum includes:

• Sit, Down, Come, and Stay

• Off leash heeling right out of play

• Leave-it and Drop

• Socialization with a variety of people, puppies and unfamiliar objects

• Basic body handling to familiarize your puppy with having nail trims, being groomed or examined by the vet

• Prevention and elimination of basic problem behaviours, such as jumping up, nipping and barking

Handouts on how to teach the commands covered in class and problem behaviour prevention are provided throughout the program to offer additional instruction when working at home with your puppy.

Classes run once a week for 6 weeks and are approximately 1 hour in length.

Cost: $155 + HST

To register for the next available class, please mail a $50 deposit payable to Darcie Jennings. Class sizes are limited and will be filled in the order that deposits are received.
